Case Medics provides outstanding case repairs and custom foam interiors for reusable shipping cases. Specializing in panel and hardware repairs on plywood laminate fabricated cases and plastic cases. We have the expertise and tools to perform plastic welding repairs and resizing of rotation molded or vacuum formed plastic cases.

Case Medics is dedicated to providing customers with the best possible workmanship in reconstruction and repairs to cases using case manufacturers' OEM parts whenever possible. In most instances, we can complete repairs within one week or less. Hardware which is not in stock at our repair facility; we can normally acquire in less than two weeks and then complete the repair or retrofit project within a maximum 3 weeks. Expediting freight can also be used to reduce the lead-time if required. Case Medics also maintains a substantial inventory of polyester urethane and polyethylene foam materials so we can quickly build or rebuild any foam interior.

Since many customers are on the road, special arrangements can be made to meet travelling schedule constraints and return the repaired case within one day or even the same day that it arrives at our facility. We can even ship the case to the customer's future destination to minimize the disruption caused by the repair work.

Our expert repair technicians and cushioning engineers can work with the customer to develop the best way to meet the customers required shipping case needs. One of a kind foam inserts can be hand cut quickly to provide finished case configurations to fit the customer's equipment. Larger production quantities and construction methods are also possible with die-cut or water jet cut foam inserts developed from conception to full production.
