When sending your case to Case Medics for repairs or modifications, we suggest that it be wrapped in corrugated cardboard. It does not need to be fancy. The purpose of the wrap is to allow us to determine that no new damage has been sustained while in transit to us.

Even if you have communicated with us prior to sending your case to Case Medics, it is strongly recommended that you put a note inside the case. The note should give us your contact name, phone # with extension (if required) and a brief description of what you wish us to do.
